We make original sculptures with wax or clay. Then use this original and create a flexible mold to capture all the details of the work. To form a wax image using a mold, then coated with a liquid refractory ceramic. After applying several times, stable type appeared, and then cured for several days.

    A work Bronze Statue coated with a ceramic casing is baked in a kiln that bakes the kilns and removes the wax by leaving the cavity in its place hence named Lost Wax. We took the ceramic shell out of the kiln and poured the melted bronze into the mold immediately. After cooling, the image is polished to produce the desired color by processing with chemicals. The patina sealed with a wax coating will be a permanent part of the engraving.
