Stainless steel type for outdoor sculpture-316 & 316L. 316 stainless steel has high corrosion resistance and high temperature strength because of the addition of Mo elements, temperature resistance can reach 1200-1300 degrees, applicable for harsh conditions, and can be used in coastal buildings, ships, nuclear power chemistry and food equipment. So the stainless steel sculpture material in coastal cities must be 316 and above models. L means low. 316L reduces the carbon content on the basis of 316, more resistant to corrosion due to its low carbon content. Their strength are the same but removing carbon from stainless steel takes a lot of energy.

Stainless steel material of outdoor sculpture 317: Both 316 stainless steel plate and 317 stainless steel plate are molybdenum-containing stainless steel types, among which the molybdenum content in 317 stainless steel is slightly higher than 316 stainless steel, which is why the total performance of 317 steel type is better than the 310 and 304 stainless steel.
