Firstly, FRP sculptures should be place in shady spots, avoid sun burning and air dust or dirt, at the same time, easy to view and take photos by customers. For outdoor decorations, owners need to clean and wipe dusts of surface even those stuck in narrows. sculptures should prevent corrosive liquids, against violent collisions, and keep their appearance durable from damage and keep bright.

Besides surface cleaning, the sculptures can be maintained by wax sealing method. After warming up the sculpture, coated it with a thin layer of wax, then polished with a soft cloth. For long built sculpture works, clean them with warm water, air drying , heat the surface and sealing wax, wiping light, which can make the works like brand new. During maintenance, workers should pay attention to the surface of the FRP chair painting not only beatify the furniture surface, more important it protects the whole sculpture.

For the environment’s perspective, certain temperature and relative humidity is required, also good ventilation for air, in case surface discoloration or cracking deformation. If the indoor air conditioning should keep relative humidity at about 60%. If possible, some flowers or ornamental fish tanks also appropriately increase the indoor humidity.

Production tools should be clean by professional personnel for operation, also to avoid the fabrication of fiberglass statues from dust particles, mud and dust. The construction site shall keep tidy daily in case waste resin, flying dust or debris stuck to wet resin and affect the quality of products.
