In our daily life, we often find a variety of cartoon images in the cartoons on TV, which is popular for  children and adults both. In the amusement park, in order to meet the needs of children, a variety of cartoon FRP sculptures will be built. However in ordinary work, lack of good maintenance of cartoon sculpture may shorten its service life, so its maintenance and keep can not be ignored, so what can we do about it?

1. Environmental cleaning: Waste resin and other litter should be cleaned daily, as well as flying dust and debris produced in production process, which should be cleaned regularly to prevent sticking to the wet resin, which will affect the quality of the finished fiberglass sculptures.

2. Display position: the position of cartoon sculpture is very important, so that it must not be placed in  strong light environment, otherwise it may lead to rupture or crack after a long time, also cannot be placed in a relatively humid place, for part of the resin may gone bad.

3, Mold cleaning: the surface of the mold must be cleaned before use with detergent and water repeatedly. Please noted avoid using dissolving acetone and other cleaning agents on the resin, in order to make FRP to achieve the mirror effect, all dust, particles, oil traces on the mold should be removed.

4, Daily cleaning: Due to the particularity of the resin material, we cannot wipe with wet cloth, the water leak into the resin may destroy the sculpture. Therefore, it is recommended to clean with dry cotton cloth or a feather duster to wipe away the dust of the FRP cartoon sculpture.

5, tool cleaning: production tools should be cleaned by special personnel regularly to avoid resin lumps cling on it or mud and dust.

6, regular maintenance: use a brush to put the light wax on the surface of FRP sculpture, and polish with dry cotton cloth.
