Custom process

01’ Requirements Communication

The initial communication of clients’ requirements for their custom sculpture such as size, materials, display environment(indoor or outdoor, temperature or humidity), quantity, fabrication period and other details.


02’Reference Picture or Sample

Welcome to provide desired reference picture or sample for our artisans, and we also appreciate your specific and original creation so as to confirm whole design and specific details.


03’Logistics and Delivery

Domestic and global logistics are both covered. The domestic logistic contains land and air transportation. The global delivery includes sea, air and land transportation with quotation based on size, weight, distance, specific shipping demand. Both freight at destination and payment in advance are available.


04’Quotation

Quotation list contains fabrication quote, taxes, logistic fee, customs declaration fee, shipping insurance, after sales service charge, installation cost and so on.


05’Quotation Confirmation

Clients confirm quotation and provide feedback to customer service staff, and notified the main factors to consider.


06’Contract Signing

Signing the fabrication contract with detailed quotation attached with the same legal effect. The custom sculpture is made according to contract.


07’Deposit Payment

Based on signed contract, client will pay the deposit as certain percentage of total sum.


08’ Following Fabrication Process

Customer service staff will report to client with detailed process and communicate in time.


09’ Fabrication Completion

Based on detailed requirements and suggestions in mutually signed contract, we provide custom sculpture fabrication.


10’Client Confirmation

The clips of custom sculpture fabrication and final details will be shown to clients for approval.


11’Balance Payment

The final sculpture is confirmed through video file or on site inspection. Client will pay for the balance and settle all payment.


12’Shipping

According to the items in the contract, customer service staff will provide shipping tracking number and follow shipping status for it.


13’Transaction Finished

Once clients receive sculpture and pass the contract details, they confirm the quantity and quality and offer feedback to customer service, and the transaction is finished.
